Shipping:
Delivery costs vary depending upon the size of your order and the delivery option you choose, however you will be notified of the amount prior to the final payment process.
UK orders:
All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class Recorded or Royal Mail Second Class Recorded depending upon which you choose.
International orders:
International orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail International Signed for Delivery. Any Duty or Import Tax levied by customs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Once we have dispatched your order you will receive a confirmation by email.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment. All orders received on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed on the next business day.
If for any unexpected reason there is a delay we will notify you via email.

”The Final Touch” is committed to your satisfaction. Each item of jewelry is therefore thoroughly inspected to ensure that it meets yours and our high standard of quality before it is packed for shipment.
All of our pieces of amber jewelry come packaged in a free organza pouch making it the perfect gift for a loved one.

Our checkout and shopping cart system is securely managed by PayPal so you can feel safe and very confident with every order you place with “The Final Touch.”
Please note, you do not require a PayPal account to pay by Credit / Debit card simply follow the checkout procedure and fill in your details accordingly.

FAQ:
Can I pay by Cash?
No, we do not accept cash payments as they are not nearly as secure as a cheque or postal order. Also disputes could arise if either party disputes the amount sent.
If I pay by cheque will I have to wait for the cheque to clear before you send my jewelry?
Yes, we regret not being able to dispatch your item of jewelry before the cheque has cleared so please allow up to 7 days for the cheque to clear plus the additional postage time required.
If I pay by Postal Order will my jewelry be sent the same day?
Yes, your jewelry will be dispatched the same day unless it is received on a weekend or bank holiday, in such case it will be dispatched on the next working day.
Returns:
All the items for sale in our shop are subject to a 7 day money back guarantee according to the following conditions:
- For reasons of health and hygiene, all items of jewelry that pierce the skin, earrings, body jewelry, are excluded from our 7 day money back guarantee.
- Should you wish to return a product simply contact us first at the email listed below please remember to include your name and Order Number.
- To claim a refund, simply return the item(s) of jewelry unworn and unused in original packaging back to us at the address below. All returns must be securely packaged and delivery via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery, If the package is lost or stolen during return transit it is your responsibility to claim compensation.
- Please note that Recorded Delivery does not offer compensation for jewelry.
- You will be refunded the entire cost of the jewelry excluding the cost of the postage.
- A deduction from the price of the purchase is left at the discretion of “The Final Touch” should the item and any relevant packaging be damaged on return.
- Credits on returned merchandise will be refunded to the original credit card or PayPal account. Please allow up to two weeks for the credit to appear on your statement.
